  • Shipping Partners & Methods
    • Logistics Partners: 

      We collaborate with trusted courier services like TCS, Leopards, and M&P for secure deliveries.

    • Standard Shipping: 

      Free on orders over PKR 2,000.

    • Express Shipping: 

      Available for urgent deliveries at an additional cost (delivery within 1–3 business days).

  • Order Processing & Dispatch
    • Processing Time: 

       Orders confirmed before 3 PM PKT are processed and dispatched the same day.

    • Tracking Information: 

      You’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

    • Delivery Timeline:

      Major Cities: 3–5 business days. Other Regions: 5–7 business days.

    • Free Shipping: 

      Applies to orders above PKR 2,000.

    • Standard Fee:

       PKR 250 for orders below PKR 2,000.

    • Express Fee: 

      PKR 500 (additional to standard charges).

  • Address Accuracy & Changes
    • Double-Check: 

       Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • Post-Order Changes: 

       Contact us within 1 hour of ordering at support@tandstraders.pk to update details.

    • Failed Deliveries: 

       Incorrect addresses may result in return-to-warehouse and reshipment fees (PKR 300).

  • Damaged or Lost Packages
    • Inspect Upon Delivery: 

       Refuse damaged parcels and notify us immediately.

    • Lost Shipments:

      Report via email within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve per our Refund & Returns Policy.

    • Compensation: 

       Full refund or replacement for verified lost/damaged orders.
